We are proud to call LionsGate home. Our community will consist of approximately 595 homes when fully developed. Some of our many amenities include a beautiful clubhouse with a fully equipped kitchen, meeting rooms, work out facilities and decks that over look one of the two stocked fishing lakes in LionsGate. Our swimming pool is a competition size pool with a fun water slide for kids of all ages to enjoy. We are also pleased to have our own LionsGate swim team. There is a playground for the little ones, a full-sized outdoor basketball court, park areas and 4 lighted tennis courts. LionsGate has approximately 30 acres of common area available for use by the LionsGate residents and their guests.
The LionsGate Social Committee is a very active group. The committee arranges for many events that are enjoyed by all LionsGate residents throughout the year. These events include special activities for the kids, a Fall Funfest for the entire family and adult parties as well.
Curry Association Management, at the direction of the LionsGate Board of Directors, professionally manages the Community Homes Association.
The Board meets on a regular basis and encourages participation from LionsGate homeowners. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome.
